Return Policy

We hope you are pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a few options which might help you decide what to do next.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us of your intention to return the goods to our warehouse within 14 days of receipt and we will issue you a refund upon receipt of the item(s), returned to us within 28 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms and conditions detailed below.

Please handle all items with care. Item(s) must be returned to us intact, undamaged and as soon as reasonably possible. We will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where these instructions have not been followed.

Simply return item to us for an exchange or full refund by following the steps below within 14 days of receipt. We will process your exchange or refund (excluding original delivery charge) when we receive your parcel.

Contact us if you need a return.  We will require your ID/Order No/Reason.  We will send you mail about the return address. Send your return back via express.  We will not bear the freight cost and tax if correct items returned.

In case of repeated returns made by a consumer, we reserve the right to refuse the return of products, due to overuse of the right of retraction/replacement of our products. In that event, the consumer shall be charged with the additional cost incurred by overusing his/her rights.
